| CAROLINA Beverly Hills is an apparel manufacturing firm located in Beverly Hills, California. Our line is designed by Carolina De Los Prados, a designer and producer of costumes and fashion in the Los Angeles Apparel Industry since 1984. Our company has been designing and producing fine horse show apparel since 1998 under private label, and are now debuting an exclusive collection of one of a kind horse show clothing. The designs in our collection are free hand illustrated by Carolina. All artwork is hand cut by expert craftsmen, assembled by specialized tailors and embellished with the highest quality crystals and trims. We specialize in custom clothing and can tailor a unique design and fit for any of our clients in one of two ways. You can design your own garment, or Carolina can create one for you. The collection offers an exclusive and limited stock of one of a kind items. Our line can be viewed in our Beverly Hills studio by appointment, as well as at select shows. We offer professional on the spot fitting for any garment showcased at our shows and subsequent alterations are free of charge. ABOUT CAROLINA Carolina is a native Texan who currently resides in Beverly Hills, California. Her combined educational background, industry experience and world travel make her a unique designer. She holds Fashion Design degrees from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and Bauder Fashion College. She also holds a major in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. Carolina has used her creative abilities and business acumen to transform small retail and wholesale operations with limited directional merchandising, into fashionable entities of high quality apparel. During her tenure as a senior fashion designer in the apparel industry and as a costume designer in the television industry, Carolina has experienced a broad spectrum of markets that include evening gowns, bridal, contemporary sportswear, swim wear, dance wear, childrens wear, denim separates, entertainment costumes and leather apparel, her specialty. Her experience in diverse apparel markets, knowledge of fabrics, fabric treatments, and garment construction, is a direct contribution to the success of projects she undertakes. Carolina is a well traveled individual who has visited over 35 countries. As a dedicated Fashion Designer and Manufacturer, her travels have included trips to apparel manufacturing countries where she has learned apparel enhancement procedures. Such experiences include fabric decoration artistry in Indonesia, Cambodia and the Amazon. In Africa, Carolina visited Nile crocodile and ostrich farms where she learned specialized accessory making and leather craftsmanship techniques. Some of the unique garment assembly and processes that she employs in her products were acquired in her visits to the Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Spain and Ecuador. In addition she travels to high fashion European cities for fashion market research. Carolina has dedicated the past eleven years of her career to the production of horse show apparel for private label and is currently debuting an exclusive collection of one of a kind and custom western riding show apparel. | ||||
